This document describes the call model handling for the supported PBXs and their differences.

 

Failed Enquiry Calls

MCD:  Grouped into the same logical call

5k: Shown as separate call and not grouped into the same logical call

 

Account Codes

MCD: Account codes are per segment

5k: Account codes are per logical call, i.e. span multiple segments
