Overview

The Date range option is used to filter the recordings grid based upon the Start Time of the call. When the recordings page is opened the date range will be automatically set to show calls that have started within the last 15 minutes.

The drop down provides options for:

• Today
• Yesterday
• This week
• Last week
• This month
• Last month
• Last 15 minutes
• Last 30 minutes
• Last hour
• Custom

When Custom is selected then the start and end date ranges can be entered into the fields shown. Once the dates have been entered then click on the Apply button to update the recordings grid.
