Mitel MiVoice Office 250 PBX Supported Versions

The following Mitel MiVoice Office 250 versions are currently supported:

Call Processing Version 6.1
(SIP trunks delivered through an MBG requires PBX version 6.3.6.21 or greater)

The following recording devices are supported:

Primary Rate Interface (PRI)
Basic Rate Interface (BRI)
Analogue
SIP Trunk (using SIP Peers)
IP Extensions (MiNet & SIP)
Digital Extensions
- For DTMF related features (i.e., pause and resume) only handsets that have a built in DTMF tone generator are supported. Without this the DTMF is generated by the PBX and not from the handset.

The following configuration is supported:

Multi node via the use of a Mitel CT Gateway.
Individual connections to multiple Mitel MiVoice Office 250s are not supported.
Unique numbering plan across all nodes.

If you make the following changes to the setup of the PBX(s) then you will need to restart the Call Recorder for it to pick up the changes.

(This applies to any networked node not just those on which extensions to be recorded are located. Failure to do so may result in calls not being recorded and/or missing meta data to search for the call).
