Device Configuration
Once the PBX configuration has been set, then the devices that are programmed on the telephone system need to be configured. Depending on the type and configuration of the PBX the device information can be automatically downloaded.

Without having an automatic download of devices the call recorder will need to be kept up to date with any changes made to the PBX. If this is not done then calls may not be always be recorded and call information may not be correctly tagged against each recording. |

If any devices are set as type 'Unknown' then calls may not be recorded for that device |
The list of devices imported into the system can be seen from the Site Settings -> Phone Systems -> PBX section. Clicking on the Import button under the Devices section will force an import, or additional devices can be manually added if required.
