Reporting

Overview

Reporting features are available on the system from the Reporting section. This can be accessed from the Reporting option on the navigation bar.

The feature provides historical reports on calls, categories, call scoring activity and activity on the system via the audit trail. Depending on the type of report that is selected different options are available for filtering the results.

The following reports are currently available:

Once a report has been run it can then be saved to a PDF, Microsoft Word (doc) or Microsoft Excel (xls) format.
