Assigning Score Sheet Questions

Overview

The questions on the score sheets are assigned from the global pool of questions.  When a question is added to the score sheet the details of the questions are common across any other score sheets that use this question. If a change is made to the questions than ALL score sheets will be affected. The exception to this is that the weighting for each question is specific to each score sheet so different score sheets can use the same question but have different weightings configured.

Configuration

To add a existing question to a score sheet:

  1. Access the Features -> Call Scoring  -> Score Sheets section. 
  2. Edit the relevant score sheet.
  3. Click Add Exiting Question(s).
  4. Select the questions to add to the score sheet. Use the Category option to only show questions that are assigned this category are shown. The Filter option uses free text to search for questions that contain the text entered. Multiple questions can be selected by clicking on each question and using the Ctrl and/or Shift key combinations.
  5. When the questions have been selected click on the Add button.
  6. For each question configure the weighting to apply. The default is auto weighting and this gives each question a equal weighting in relation to how they are calculated.
  7. The questions can be re ordered within their sections by dragging and dropping them.
