Call Archiving

The system can support archiving calls to either network based storage. Up to 5 separate archive locations can be used and calls can either be spread between them or duplicated across for redundancy and backup.

The recorder will need a valid Windows user account, password and domain to be configured to successfully access the archive location if this is network based.
