16364	Live streaming playback displays "No fmt chunk found" message at the end of call.	Refresh of the playback page to clear the message.

It is important to double check voice card mappings after an upgrade to ensure it is still correct. This involves visually checking the mapping on screen and then dialing different channels to ensure the recorder is recording on the correct time slots.

PBX Specific

Mitel MiVoice Office 250

SIP Trunk Recording:

When recording SIP trunks delivered through an MBG certain call scenarios may not be recorded. We recommend:

Configure the port mirror to be on the external side of the MBG and requires PBX version 6.3.6.21 or greater

Mitel MiVoice Business

7734, 7997	In call forward external scenarios the extension number is in the outside number field.	Unsupported scenario.
7745, 7747	For 3 party or more conferences only two users and agents are associated with the final segment of the call even though there are more extensions visible.	Unsupported scenario.
8179	For internal call direct transfer internal when a multi call or key system device is involved the final answered segment of the call is not grouped within the logical call.	Unsupported scenario.
8179	In some call scenarios MiTAI events only provide a partial outside number (i.e. the first few digits). This can happen when the Digits Before Outpulsing setting on the ARS Routes form on the PBX is set to a value that is smaller than the actual digits dialed. This causes the PBX to send the MiTAI event out before all of the digits have been pressed by the user resulting in an incomplete number being shown.	Set the Digits Before Outpulsing setting on the PBX to match the length of outbound numbers to be dialed.
8181	Programming changes made to line appearances on multi line and key systems are not applied until a restart of the system has taken place.	Restart the system after a change has been made.
26202	Conference call of 4 parties or more may not record all segments in some call scenarios	Unsupported scenario.
---	Barge In not supported (Person barging in left with permanently active call - which then means multiple recordings on one call)	Unsupported scenario.
