Overview

Users manage their own Tasks from the Tasks option on the navigation bar. The number of outstanding tasks is displayed on the menu bar next to the Tasks entry for the current User who is logged in.

Each Task has a Task ID to uniquely identify the specific Task and the Description details what the Task is for. The Task Type shows the type of the Task that should be performed.

Each Task also has a User that is Assigned to the Task, the date and time when it was Created and an optional Due date for when it should be completed by.

To open a Task click on the magnifying glass  next to the Task. This will open up the Task details and if the Task has a related recording then the playback window can be opened by directly clicking on the green arrow .

Using the filter options on the left of the screen allows for different Tasks to be displayed. The Business Units filter allows Tasks assigned to other Users to be shown provided that the logged on User has the correct permissions. The Additional Filters option can filter the Task based upon Task typeWorkflow or Task state. The Created date and Due date can also be used from the drop down options above the Task grid.

Depending on the Task Type there may be different options displayed to the User.
