The system can connect to a Mitel MiVoice 400 telephone system. Follow the procedures below to provide the required information for a successful implementation.

If you make the following changes to the setup of the PBX(s) then you will need to restart the Call Recorder for it to pick up the changes. (This applies to any networked node not just those on which extensions to be recorded are located. Failure to do so may result in calls not being recorded and/or missing meta data to search for the call).

Access to the Mitel MiVoice Office 250 System Administration is a requirement for installation. A System Account is required and can be created.
If a System Account cannot be created then an engineer with access to the DB Programming must be available at the time of installation.

Add the required trunk device
When using SIP trunks where calls match CLI and DDI in the same second it may not be possible to get 100% match success rate
When recording IP extensions the following information is required:
Peer-to-Peer audio must be disabled in the MiVo250 configuration for the endpoints being recorded |
When recording digital TDM extensions the following information is required:
The system relies on the device information configured on the recorder and on the Mitel MiVoice Office 250 system to be kept up to date. Without this calls may not be recorded or tagged with the correct information.
Any programming changes that are made to any of the Mitel MiVoice Office 250 nodes will be picked up automatically and no manual changes are required unless they are to do with the trunk numbering and then this needs to be manually updated.
