In order for the system to be able to correctly identify which traffic to record and to identify the direction of the calls, certain IP addresses need to be configured.
All IP addresses (both internal and external) for the telephone system should be entered here. The recorder uses this information to identify call direction and to filter traffic to be recorded.
The SIP trunk provider addresses are used by the system to filter out SIP trunk traffic from other SIP traffic that may be detected on the mirror port(s). All IP addresses for any SIP trunks configured on the telephone system should be entered here. If a fully qualified domain name has been configured on the telephone system instead of an IP address, the FQDN should be entered here as well.
