Analogue Voice Card Configuration

The following section outlines the steps required to configure an Analogue interface card. Follow the General Configuration steps first.

Step 1: Configure Card Type

The Board Setting screen displays the voice interface cards that are currently installed in the Call Recorder. Select the new card and then double click on the entry to modify the card settings.

Board Settings

Set the following options as shown:

Set the Default Voice Format to A-Law for UK and U-Law for US.
Check Compress Dsp Codec to GSM.

Click Apply to save the changes and then Save to close the configuration tool.
