Overview

The Client Settings controls the option available for the Xarios Communication Web Browser client add-on.

Configuration

To configure the client settings:

1. Access the Features -> Pause / Resume -> Client Settings configuration section.
2. Configure each of the settings.
   • Show pause notifications: Display a notification in the browser that the call has been muted.
   • Show status icon: When using the Web Browser Plugin client display the status lamp in the browser toolbar that shows when calls are been recorded.
   • Show desktop toolbar: When using the Windows Desktop client display the status lamp in the system tray that shows when calls are been recorded.
   • Show settings menu: Make the settings menu visible to the users.
   • Enable debug mode: Enable the diagnostic options to the users, this includes showing the configured URLs that are to be matched and any pages that are open that do match.
   • Prevent client exit: When using the Windows Desktop client prevents the user from closing the application.
3. Click Save.
