The following section outlines the steps required to configure a digital extensions interface card. Follow the General Configuration steps first.
The Board Setting screen displays the voice interface cards that are currently installed in the Call Recorder. Select the new card and then double click on the entry to modify the card settings.
Set the following options:
- Set the Default Voice Format to A-Law for UK and U-Law for US.
- Check Compress Dsp Codec to GSM.
Click
Apply to save the changes.
Select the Digital Phone Options screen from the navigation on the left.
Each of the modules are shown above and whether they are installed. For each installed module highlight each one and set the Set Pbx to be Inter-Tel.
The voice board is available with 8 on board ports and can be upgraded by adding additional 8 port modules up to a maximum capacity of 24 ports.
Click Apply to save the changes and then Save to close the configuration tool.
