Overview

The questions configured on the system are pooled so they are available for use on any score sheet. Once a question has been created either directly from a score sheet or through this section it becomes available to assign to a score sheet section. If a question is altered this will be updated in all score sheets that reference the question.

Configuration

To create or edit a question:

  1. Access the Features -> Call Scoring  -> Score Sheets -> Questions section.
  2. Click on New or highlight the questions and click on Edit.
    • Question: the question text that will be displayed to the User when scoring the call.
    • Tips for supervisor: Text entered into this box will display as a hint next to the question when a supervisor fills out the score sheet. This is most often useful for providing greater detail as to how a question should be answered and to describe the criteria that constitute a particular score.
    • Category: The associated category for this question. See the Scoring Categories section for details.
    • Response Type: Set the type of response that the supervisor needs to give to this question. This can either be a numeric value between a configurable minimum and maximum value or a custom type can be created, see Response Groups section for details.
    • Minimum score: The minimum score value allowed.
    • Maximum score: The maximum score value allowed.
    • Pass Mark: This defines the threshold when the response to the question has been classified as passed. If the response is greater than or equal to this value this it is considered to be passed. This can be used to group and filter when generating reports.
    • Fails score sheet: Used with the Pass mark option so that if a response to a question does not meet the Pass mark then it will fail the entire score sheet regardless of the result of any other questions.
    • Scoring optional: A question can be set as mandatory or optional; if the Scoring optional check box is selected then supervisor does not have to answer this question. If the question on the score sheet has a next to it then it indicates that the question is mandatory.
