Scoring Categories
Features > Call Scoring > Scoring Categories

Overview

Each question has an associated Category. This can be used to group and filter reports and used when configuring the weighting method for a score sheet. 

Configuration

To add or edit a category:

  1. Access the Features -> Call Scoring  -> Score Sheets -> Scoring Categories section.
  2. Click on New or Edit.
  3. Enter the Name of this category. This will be displayed in any score sheets and on any reports that use this.
  4. Click Save.
