Response Groups
Features > Call Scoring > Response Groups

Overview

Each questions needs to have a response type configured. This determines how the question is answered, i.e. a numeric score or a yes/no response.

Configuration

To add or edit a custom response group:

  1. Access the Features -> Call Scoring  -> Score Sheets -> Response Groups section.
  2. Click on New or Edit.
    • Name: Enter the name of the response group.
    • Control type: Select the type of control the response type will use. This can either be:
      • Radio buttons
      • Drop-down list
    • Response: Enter each response option and the score value to associate with this option.
