The following section outlines the steps required to configure an T1 interface card. Follow the General Configuration steps first.
Step 1: Configure Card Type
The Board Setting screen displays the voice interface cards that are currently installed in the Call Recorder. Select the new card and then double click on the entry to modify the card settings.

Set the following options as shown:
- Set the Interfaces drop down to T1 for US (T1) lines.
- Set the Default Voice Format to A-Law for UK and U-Law for US.
- Check Compress Dsp Codec to GSM.
- Check Always Detect Barge In.
- Check the Always Enable RX Dtmf.

Ok to save the changes.
Step 2: Configure PCM Settings
Select the PCM Options from the navigation bar on the left. For each PCM entry shown ensure that the signaling option is set to ISDN Spy for ISDN and DASS2 Spy for DASS2 lines.

Click Apply to save the changes and then Save to close the configuration tool.
Step 3: Configure Voice Options
Select the Board Voice Options from the navigation bar on the left. Set the Recording and Playing format values to 7.

Step 4: Configure Spy Options
Select the Spy Options from the navigation bar on the left. For each entry in the Spy Caption section change the EndNumForCircuit value to 22.
