The system can support combinations and multiples of different cards. When there are different types of cards installed the ordering of the cards in the Voice Card Configuration determines how they need to be configured.
For each type of card and its configuration the number of time slots, i.e. the number of recorded devices, and the number of circuits, i.e. the number of audio circuits needed to record a device is different. When adding devices into the Recorded Devices section this needs to be taken into account.
The following table details the values for each type of card and its configuration.
Card Configuration | Model | Time Slots | Circuits |
---|---|---|---|
E1 (30 channels) | DTP-30C/PCIe+ | 30 | 60 |
T1 (24 channels) | DTP-30C/PCIe+ | 24 | 46 |
E1 (60 channels) | DTP-60C/PCIe+ | 60 | 120 |
T1 (48 channels) | DTP-60C/PCIe+ | 48 | 92 |
E1 (120 channels) | DTP-120C/PCIe+ | 120 | 240 |
T1 (96 channels) | DTP-120C/PCIe+ | 96 | 184 |
BRI & Digital Extensions | DST-24B/PCIe+ | 24 | 24 |
Analogue | ATP-24A/PCIe+ | 24 | 24 |
The following examples show how the recorded devices need to be configured with different combinations of voice cards.
From the ShCtiConfig configuration tool, view the Board Setting section.
The Recorded Devices configuration would then be as follows:
