Mitel Recorded Devices

Overview

Each Mitel SRC device that is to be recorded has to have been selected as a recorded device. This enables the system to start recording the call when received by the SRC. Before this can happen the MBG that the devices are connecting to needs to have been registered with the MBG server.

If more devices are configured to be recorded than there are licenses then the calls will be recorded on a first come first basis. When the license is exceeded then an alert will be raised.
